Before founding delta, Ole did Bachelors and Masters degrees in Mathematics at ETH Zurich. Previously focusing most of his time on pure algebraic math, he got interested in blockchains through zero-knowledge proofs. For his Masters Thesis, Ole developed new state-of-the-art zero-knowledge proofs for isogeny-based cryptography, and he was also part of the research group Delendum.

Antonis is an experienced computer scientist with a PhD in the Theory of Combinatorial Algorithms from ETH Zurich. His most recent work experience was at SIX, where he was an engineering team lead and a researcher for the Web3 branch. He combines his scientific background with practical applications, solving complex software design and product development problems. His passion for financial and blockchain technology has evolved over the years and ultimately found a home in building delta.

Ria is COO at delta and Operating Partner at Castle Island Ventures. Previously, Ria was a GP on the Castle Island Ventures team. Prior to that, Ria spearheaded institutional research efforts focused on digital assets at Fidelity Digital Assets and Circle. Ria started her career as an Equity Research Analyst on the Fintech and Payments team at Credit Suisse. It is through this lens that she developed a passion for the web3 space. She holds a BS in Finance from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Previously, Myles was at Reverie where he invested and worked closely with a number of protocols in an advisory capacity. Prior to Reverie, Myles spent 6 years at Fidelity Investments where he supported the launch of Fidelity’s crypto businesses. In addition to his role at delta, Myles is a venture partner at Reverie and an independent advisor to the Eigen Foundation.

Elvis is a seasoned software engineer with a rich background in Rust, protocol development, and crafting software architectures. He ventured into the crypto world in 2018, initially embracing the role of a full-stack and protocol developer. Not long after, he became one of the founding engineers at Fuel Labs and one of the first members of the core protocol team. Elvis's journey continued as he took on the mantle of Principal Engineer at delta. Beyond his professional pursuits, Elvis enjoys martial arts classes in Dubai and takes pride in holding many tokens - that are well past their ATHs.

Before building delta as a protocol engineer, Federico completed a PhD at ETH Zurich, where he worked under Peter Müller and Alexander J. Summers in the Programming Methodology group. His research focused on bringing formal verification to the Rust language, co-creating Prusti, the first IDE-integrated verification tool for Rust programs.

Yann is a protocol engineer, passionate about elegant and functional code, currently building the delta protocol. He is a communicative and outgoing type with over ten years of voluntary leadership experience.

Benji works on product at delta, where his focus spans from protocol research to domain integrations. Before joining delta, he was an investor at Archetype, a crypto venture fund, where he helped founders at the earliest stages. Prior to this, he also headed product development at an NFT trading platform. With a background in finance and economics, Benji is passionate about applying innovations in mechanism design and cryptography to improve financial markets and governance structures.

Arthur is a software engineer. He has 3 years of experience in the field of robotics, more specifically the problem of robot localization from many different sensors. He has advanced skills in general computer science with a particular interest for low-level applications and for software design. Languages that he is fluent in include C++, Rust, Java & Python. He also has a formation in machine learning and in AI.

Wei Dai is a Research Partner at 1kx where he focuses on blockchain infrastructure research and investments. Previously, he was Research Partner at Bain Capital Crypto, working on sourcing and diligence of blockchain startups, as well as portfolio company support (e.g. Risc Zero), especially around zero-knowledge cryptography and protocol design. Before that, he was a Cryptographer for Anoma briefly. In December 2021, Wei obtained his PhD from UC San Diego.
